Taking the Mystery Out of Micro-Irrigation

No need for confusion and wonder. Learn the terms, pros and cons, and how low-volume irrigation can cut water use in your landscape. Basic instructions on how to select, install, and operate your own micro-irrigation system. Practice assembling micro-irrigation components.

Shrubs are the most versatile of plants in the landscape, serving as accents, hedges, or single specimens. Identification and uses of common shrubs in Manatee County landscape designs.

A brief overview of Landscape Irrigation I plus elements of a well-designed system; material choices; and proper sizing, layout of zones, and landscape influences. Retrofitting micro-irrigation in your plan will also be covered. This class is more detailed and there is no prerequisite class.
