Christine Callahan's Florida Friendly Yard
Master Gardener, Christine Callahan has a wonderful Florida-Friendly property on Anna Maria Island Her Florida-Friendly Yard exists primarily on rainfall with occasional help from a micro-irrigation system run off of well water as needed. Several rain barrels capture rainwater that is also used on the landscape. Christine's yard is a model for the FYN program and her community. She received the Golden Oak recognition, our highest level. Congratulations!!
